Historie
V době národního obrození zakládali hudební nadšenci amatérské pěvecké spolky především jako výraz projevu národní hrdosti, pospolitosti a uvědomělého vlastenectví uprostřed habsburské říše.
Vznik Zpěváckého spolku v Táboře je datován dnem 16. června roku 1860. Jeho členy byli zpočátku pouze muži, později, od roku 1895, se staly členkami i ženy a spolek přijal název Hlahol. Od té doby se nepřetržitě odvíjí bohatá historie až do dnešních dnů. Zpěvácký spolek Hlahol prošel dvěma světovými válkami i několika politickými režimy až k současnosti. Jeho historii tvořili sbormistři, starostové a zejména stovky dnes již neznámých bratří a sester, které spojovala láska ke zpěvu a k vlasti. Němými svědky jejich nadšení jsou pečlivé zápisy a fotografie v kronikách a obzvlášť historicky cenné fotografie z Ateliéru Šechtl a Voseček v Táboře.

At the time of so-called ‚National Revival‘, music lovers founded singing associations mainly as a manifestation of their national pride, solidarity and conscious patriotism inside the Habsburg monarchy.
The Singing Association in Tábor was founded on the 16 June, 1860. His first members were men only, later in 1895 women joined in and the association was renamed to HLAHOL. Ever since then, its rich history has been developing until these days. The singing association Hlahol has been through both world wars and several political regimes. Its history consists of choirmasters, mayors and mainly hundreds of unknown brothers and sisters who shared love for singing and homeland. Detailed notes and photos in the chronicles, especially historically valuable photos from the Šechtl a Voseček Atelier in Tábor, show their enthusiasm.

In der Zeit der nationalen Wiedergeburt gründeten die Musikenthusiasten manche Amateursängervereine vor allem als Ausdruck des Nationalstolzes, der Gemeinsamkeit und des Patriotismus in der Mitte der Habsburger Monarchie.
Die Entstehung des Sängervereines in Tábor wird vom 16. Juni 1860 datiert. Seine Mitglieder waren anfänglich nur Männer, später (seit dem Jahre 1895) wurden auch Frauen Mitglieder und der Verein nahm den Namen Hlahol an. Seit der Zeit entwickelt sich unaufhörlich die reiche Geschichte des Chors bis heute. Der Sängerverein Hlahol stand zwei Weltkriege und einige politischen Regime bis die Gegenwart durch. Die Chorleitern, Vorsteher und vor allem Huderte der heute schon unbekannten Brüder und Schwestern, die die Liebe zum Singen und zur Heimat verband, bildeten die Geschichte des Chors. Sorgliche Einträge, Fotografien in den Chroniken und besonders historisch wertvolle Fotografien aus dem „Atelier Šechtl a Voseček“ in Tábor sind Stummzeugen ihrer Begeisterung.
Die Interessenten für die ausführliche Geschichte der Chor HLAHOL- TÁBOR können sich den Sammelband „Plynutí času“ und den Profil-CD „Napadly písně“ bestellen. Der Sammelband und der CD wurden im Jahre 2010 anlässlich des 150. Jahrestags der Entstehung des Vereins herausgegeben.
Au 19e siècle, à l’époque du renouvellement national, les musiciens et les chanteurs amateurs tchèques fondaient des chorales en tant qu’expression du patriotisme tchèque au milieu de l´Empire Austro-Hongrois.
La chorale Hlahol est née le 16 juin 1860. Au début, ce n’étaient que les hommes qui en devenaient membres. En 1895 la chorale a accepté le nom de Hlahol et les femmes ont pu devenir membres de Hlahol comme les hommes. Au 20e siècle Hlahol a survécu à deux guerres modiales et à des systèmes politiques différents jusqu’à nos jours. L’histoire de Hlahol a été écrite par les chefs de chorale et par des centaines de chanteurs et chanteuses que l’amour pour le chant et la patrie tchèque réunissait. Leur enthousiasme se reflète dans les notes des chroniques de Hlahol accompagnées de photographies précieuses de l’Atelier Šechtl et Voseček de Tábor.
